Fresh Frozen Florida Lionfish, Speared locally and brought to our facility and cut, vacumm sealed and frozen that day. Comes in 1 lb packages, fillets can range in size from1/4lb to 1/2 Lb ea. Caught directly from our boat locally in St Petersburg gulf waters.  We Fillet fish in our State inspected retail facility.  We pack fresh fish with frozen gel packs and ship your fresh never frozen products directly to your door usually next day.
